About the cloth
Monk's cloth is hard to find in Europe. I have found a German manufacturer who is custom making monk's cloth for The Joyful Punch. It's available in my shop, starting with 0,5 meters (1,4 meters wide).
Loosely woven linen is an alternative to monk's cloth, especially for the finer needles.
ATTENTION: Burlap / jute seems to be working at first sight, but it tends to break when it ages and there is a danger of your work breaking apart. Don’t use it.
